Hazelwood Family Rosemary Beach, Florida Family Photographer

This little guy is so lucky to grow up having these two as parents! Rosemary Beach, Florida and the 30A area holds special meaning to this sweet family. They became engaged a few years ago in Seagrove, Florida and just last year they decided they would babymoon here before their new addition came along.

This was his first visit to the beach! It was so much fun getting to know these guys, as well as watch his fascination with the sand!

Bobby & Lori, it was such an honor spending time with your family and hearing your story! You two make incredible parents!

Creativity Is A Resonse

"Creativity is not about me. It is not about you. It is not us somehow acting like little gods, creating on our own in the same way God creates.... The most we can hope for is to respond appropriately and creatively to who God is and what He means. Creativity is a response."
- Michael Card

When my life is embedded in the life of Jesus, I can only help but to let everything I do be out of and in response to His love; art included. It's the core of every photo I take. Nothing is new apart from Him... He created it first. He thought of it first. He established beauty first.

I am just a response to who He already is and what He has already done.

Inherent Brand Shoot | Victoria Austin Designs

It was such an honor to photograph my friend Tori Austin of

Victoria Austin Designs

for her new website launch! Her brand aesthetic is simple, pure, clean & elegant. It is absolutely dreamy!

Tori's invitation designs are exquisite! Each is tailored to the bride & groom. I loved them so much that I had to have her design invitations for my own wedding!

The Timmerman's | A Lakeside South Georgia Session

What's it like to grow up with a best friend? Pretty amazing. What's it like to watch her get married and have a family of her own? Words can't describe it.

Radney, Cody & I all grew up in the same small, South Georgia town. Radney and my grandparents were next door neighbors almost our whole childhood. We went to each others birthday parties, sleep overs and planned our dorm room decor together for the day we went to college. We swore we wouldn't be separated. I look at her sweet family now and my mind races back to when we were that age.

Cody & Radney, you have made the most beautiful family.

Andrew & Tori's Plantation Family Portraits | Fairhope, Alabama Photographer

The Austin's are easily one of the most lovely families you will meet. Tori is a wedding stationer and stylist at

Victoria Austin Designs

, and has an eye for all things white & organic. I had the pleasure of capturing her little family in their hometown of Fairhope, Alabama. It has been a joy knowing these three.

Tori & I met over instagram (you can read that story

) and she is my own wedding stationer! The invitations she created for our wedding absolutely are jaw dropping!

Megan | South Georgia Portraits

A recent trip to Georgia looked something like fields glowing with morning light and this beautiful lady. It has been a pleasure watching her grow up. One of the greatest joys in life is seeing things unfold over time. It's beautiful. And she has become one of the most beautiful.

Megan is one of the sweetest, genuine people you will meet with a beauty that extends far beyond just the physical. She is someone exquisite!

I couldn't be more proud of who you have become, Megan.

The Balance Of Productivity & Creativity

I can't believe Summer is already coming to an end, but believe me when I say I am already counting down the days until Spring rolls around. (It may have something to do with this new ring on my finger, but I will tell you about that later. ;) ) This Summer has been so wonderful! I have met so many wonderful people in the past few months that are in this beautiful thing called the creative industry. They are truly wonderful and inspiring people.

One thing that we all can relate to is the balance between creativity and productivity. You have to have both to succeed in this field.

I tend to be inspired by visiting beautiful places, and luckily, one of my favorites is just right up the road.

Welcome to Aly's Beach.
